All Americans have reason to be thankful. The guns of war are silent. Visit the men and women who served those agonizing years in Vietnam, Korea, WWII, and beyond, then you’ll know why their battle is not over.

Time does not cure what a mortar shell does to a man or women –or what years of interrogations does to his or her mind.

As Americans we must remember and be willing to help. The support we give our Veterans is one way to show how much we care.

The Alief Community Association, Inc, a Non-Profit (501c) organization is having our Eighth annual luncheon to show our appreciation and thank them for their service. The luncheon date is July 13, 2019 from 10 AM till 2 PM. at the Alief YMCA, 7850 Howell-Sugar Land Rd. Houston, Texas 77083, we are inviting 200 veterans and their families.

Whatever your donation, be it $5000, $2500 $1000, $500, or be a sponsor means so much to those who gave so much, and please remember your contribution is used to serve our veterans and families. Please don’t forget. These are the ones who paid a high price for the peace we enjoy today.
