Stephen J. Recobs is the director of the U. S. Commercial Service (CS) office in Houston, Texas. The U.S. Commercial Service is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce and assists U.S. firms with expanding their international business. Mr. Recobs was formerly the CS Global Aerospace and Defense Team leader and has experience incorporating over thirty-years of international management, sales, marketing and business development work, both in the public and private sectors, in over 40 countries.
