COVID vaccine for Alief residents who are 65 or older

To safeguard the community, City of Houston Mayor Turner’s office, Houston Health Department, Houston Complete Community Initiatives, HOPE Clinic, and Alief ISD are partnering to limited vaccination event for the seniors over the ages of 65(+). Patrons will be assigned appointments. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Due to safety and processes, please stay in your vehicle at all time.  Please anticipate wait time due to high volume and social distancing.

STEP 2 COMPLETE AND PRINT ATTACHED IMMTRAC DISASTER FORM

1. Please complete the IMMTRAC state vaccine registry form
2. Print and bring the form on day of event.
