Attendees will receive free health screenings and immunization (children only). The following screenings/exams will be provided along with activities for kids and hygiene kits giveaways:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Blood Glucose
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Diabetic foot exam
  • BMI
  • Mental Health/Behavioral Support

Families interested in receiving vaccines need to bring their children’s immunization records to the Health Fair. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
