Following the most recent in a series of fatal shootings in the District F subdivision of Parkglen West, Council Member Steve Le, Vice Chair of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee, will be holding a town hall meeting regarding public safety.

“This plague of violent crime in our most vulnerable neighborhoods cannot and will not be ignored,” said Council Member Le. “We must be steadfast in our commitment to public safety. It is incumbent upon us to make our neighborhoods a safer place for our residents. Please join me in addressing this ongoing problem, and in finding solutions for our community.”

Council Member Brenda Stardig, Chair of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee, will be in attendance, as well as other government and law enforcement officials.
