On Wednesday, April 10, International Management District partnered with Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce, Caribbean Chamber of Commerce, International Trade Center and International Trade Development Council to host its first Business Mixer at Vibe Lounge. The goals of the business mixer were to provide networking opportunities, build business relationships, establish new contacts and stay connected with the International District. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Wea Lee, along with other board members came to support the event. Mr. Lee, along with other board members; Mr. Ray Lawrence, Director Business and Economic Development, and Brian Burks, Director of Services gave talks describing the history, services and accomplishments of the district as well as the advantages of the district to prospective investors and business owners.
We are excited to report that these goals were achieved with over 80 people in attendance at the mixer. We look forward to our next business event.
