The District welcomes Golden Bamboo Village III to our community
The International Management District will soon have an important new addition. The NRP Group LLC has a new senior apartment community for residents 55 and over under construction at 6628 Synott Road just north of the Bellnott Shopping Center on Bellaire. The new project, to be called Golden Bamboo Village III, is expected to open this fall. It will consist of 130 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and will have a business center, clubhouse, fitness center, gated entry, high speed and wireless Internet access, laundry facility and swimming pool.
