This week, our office delivered over 400 washable masks to senior living communities in District F!  If you know of a senior community in need of masks, please contact our office at [email protected] or call 832.393.3002.
PLANNED WATER OUTAGE TODAY IN BRIARMEADOW SUBDIVISION

The recent 8-hr outage earlier this week was due to valve failure (broken valve has been reported to Drinking Water Operations).

  • The community is free to contact the Public Works project team anytime something is out of the ordinary.  Their information is (in order of calling priority):
    • Inspector = Wanda Kegley (281-796-0795)
    • Senior Inspector = Mike Beezley (281-217-3446)
    • Project Manager = Willie Raymundo (281-395-2370)
    • Managing Engineer = Sherry Cang (832-395-3068)
  • The City/Contractor places door hangers 24-48 hours in advance, for residents that will be impacted.
  • There will be another planned outage TODAY Thursday – 8/13/20.  The addresses that will be affected are:
    • 7900 blk. to 8019 blk. of Richmond Ave.
    • 3215 Ann Arber Dr.
    • 7903 blk to 8015 blk. of Beverly Hills
  • The Project Manager, Willie Raymundo will be providing the HOA President, John Weatherly, a 2-week look ahead (every other week) starting with this Friday.  He will highlight major activities of forthcoming work, including impacted streets, planned outages, revised traffic patterns, etc.
    • The goal is that the HOA President will help us to disseminate the information amongst the residents
