On August 28, officers from Formosa Funding Group cut a red ribbon and broke ground on a new gated community of patio homes to be constructed near the intersection of Dairy Ashford and Beechnut.
“We believe the development of Ashford Terrace is something that will enable us to meet the needs of our customers,” said Formosa Chairman Jeff Suh.
The 41 new patio homes will feature a variety of three- and four-bedroom floor plans, with available inventory ranging in price from $198,990 to $257,990. All feature granite countertops in the kitchen and cultured marble in the full bathrooms, ceiling fans and wrought-iron stair balusters.
Ashford Terrace will enjoy the educational benefits of its location within the Alief Independent School District, with proximity to Liestman Elementary School, Youngblood Junior High and Elsik and Hastings High Schools.
