Bill Prout is an international banking executive with extensive experience in commercial banking and trade finance. Bill entered the international banking business in the 1990’s when he joined the Export-Import Bank of the United States in Washington, DC. Since that time he has honed his expertise while working at commercial banking institutions and helping them build their international and commercial banking capabilities. Bill joined Bank of Houston in 2011 to start a new group focused on commercial and international banking, bringing in the expertise and key individuals to manage letters of credit, international private banking and trade finance.
