Getting access to testing for the coronavirus has been a challenge for many underserved communities. I have been told there are reports of a possible cluster of COVID-19 cases in the Pilgrim Academy Elementary area near Hillcroft Ave. and Richmond Ave. As such, my office has partnered with United Memorial Medical Center to better safeguard our families and bring a much needed testing site to District J. A testing site will be set up at Pilgrim Academy, located at 6302 Skyline Dr., and will take place in the school’s parking lot on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  It will be done on a walk-in basis – no vehicle drive-thru. The tests are FREE. You do not need proof of citizenship, and you do not have to have symptoms of the virus in order to be tested.

An appointment is required in advance for every adult and child.  You will be asked for your name, email address, and date of birth when you register.

Each ADULT must bring a pictured identification (i.e., driver’s license, passport, matricula, etc.). Each CHILD will register using their parent/guardian information.
