Early-bird rates for registration for the 2019 Annual Conference are available until April 5, 2019!
Join us at this year’s #SCIannual conference. Our schedule is jam-packed with more beneficial sessions and workshops than ever before to ensure that each attendee, whether you’re a seasoned citizen diplomat or new to the movement, will come away energized and ready to promote peace through people: one individual, one community at a time.
This year, the conference focuses on the theme “Cities Mean Business,” where you will hear from leaders in health, aeronautics, arts and music, business and trade, urban resilience, and disaster relief. We will also feature two pre-conference events: a China-U.S. Mayor’s Sister Cities Summit and an Africa Economic Development Forum. We expect to bring together over 500 elected and municipal officials, business leaders, and engaged citizen diplomats and more than 100 youth participants.
The Annual Conference is our signature event and a way for members around the globe to convene and share best practices to improve or grow their sister city programs back home.
