The new Alief ISD podcast series titled ImpactED is ready to go. The first podcast, featuring Superintendent HD Chambers with special guest Dr. Stephen Klineberg from Rice University, has been posted. Dr. Klineberg is a Professor of Sociology at Rice University and the Founding Director for the Kinder Institute at Rice. Over the last 40 years, Dr. Klineberg has studied and reported on critical issues such as: the changing economy, the changing workforce, the changing population, the changing demographic populations, the changing social perspectives and issues, and perhaps the most important issue of them all is the changing expectations and demands placed on public schools.
