All are invited to participate in the district’s annual Stuff-A-Bus event to assist the Alief ISD Education Foundation’s Uniform Effort Clothing Pantry.

This year’s event is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and is being held onFriday, December 8 in the north parking lot of Crump Stadium, 12321 Alief Clodine Road.

The event will feature performances from student groups of all ages, cheerleaders, school mascots and participation from many of our business and community partners. Swatson, the mascot of the Sugar Land Skeeters, will be making an appearance at 10 a.m.
The Uniform Effort Clothing Pantry helps hundreds of Pre-K through eighth grade students each year. Thanks to the generous donations received  through the Stuff-A-Bus event and throughout the year, qualifying students are able to obtain free school uniforms at the pantry. This year, the demand for school uniforms is higher than ever due to Hurricane Harvey. We are in critical need of boys khaki and navy pants from sizes 6-20.

Here are the items that are needed to stuff the bus to help our students:
• New or Gently Used School Clothing
• New or Gently Used Jackets & Sweaters
• New Sealed Packages of Boys & Girls Underwear
• New Sealed Packages of Boys & Girls  Socks
Cash or checks made out to the Alief ISD Education Foundation will be accepted.
We hope to see you Friday, December 8!
