The International District is pleased to welcome the Alief Crossing Business Park to our community. The business park is located at the northeast corner of Dairy Ashford & Beechnut near Alief Alexander Elementary and Alief Youngblood Intermediate schools.
Alief Crossing Business Park will consist of four separate 3,000 square foot buildings for lease and a designated parking area for two food trucks. They have leased buildings 3 & 4; however, buildings 1 & 2 are still available. The leasing agents states that building 1 would be ideal for an Auto Repair Shop. Building 2 would be ideal a medical clinic, veterinary clinic, or other retail. Construction on these two buildings is expected to be compete in July/August of 2017 with space turnover to the Tenant in August/September.
