Feng shui is paying off for Houston-based Whitestone REIT at its Lion Square shopping center redevelopment in southwest Houston’s Asian district.
Sam’s Spa Nail Supply has signed a new 12,260-square-foot lease that boosts occupancy at Lion Square to 94 percent. The 117,600-square-foot shopping center is at the northeast corner of Bellaire and Wilcrest.
