Citizens are encouraged to attend meetings in their Council districts, learn about projects and plans, voice questions and community concerns

The City of Houston invites residents to participate in the annual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) process at public meetings. The meetings afford residents an opportunity to hear from city officials about CIP projects in their districts, ask questions and voice concerns and provide input regarding community improvements and services. To view the city’s Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2016-2018 and for a schedule of meeting dates by City Council district, visit www.houstontx.gov/cip. The city will provide reasonable accommodations to citizens with disabilities and special needs by request in advance of the meeting date. At this time of year, we receive inquiries regarding your annual assessment statement and when payment is due. Typically, the assessment statements are mailed out immediately after the District's last board meeting of the year.

In order to avoid penalty and interest (which accrues on February 1st), your annual assessment payment must be postmarked by January 31st.

Please do NOT mail or deliver assessment payments to the management district office.
